J. Kent Elliott, C.A. Partner J. Kent Elliott , C.A. Partner Kent graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University in 1984, and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1988. He previously practiced at Smythe Ratcliffe in Vancouver, before joining Berris Mangan as a partner in 1993. For the last 25 years, Kent has been focusing his practice on owner managed businesses, primarily providing tax, accounting and auditing services to these companies, their owners and their families. Kent has extensive experience in the areas of tax, succession planning, financial restructuring and creditor protection. He provides services to a number of industries and individuals. His areas of practice include services to the following industries: manufacturing, distribution, marine, forestry, real estate, professional services, athletes and entertainers, and non-profit sectors. Kent is the father of four very active children; he spends his free time away from the office being involved in numerous sporting and leisure activities with his family. Contact |
