Stan Dong, C.G.A. Principal Stan Dong, C.G.A. Principal Stan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1987, and obtained his C.G.A. designation in 1992. For over 20 years, Stan has been involved with strata corporation audits, transitional reviews and special work for strata corporations, real estate firms and property management companies. He has extensive experience with the Strata Property Act and its implications for owners and property management companies. Stan has given public presentations on Home Renovation and Tax Credits. He is also a former treasurer of the Canadian Condominium Institute, and was involved with the Tri-City Youth Basketball Association as a coach and former director. Stan is married with two children and enjoys playing basketball and attending musicals. Contact |
