We are looking for a Tax Specialist to join or team.
The successful candidate will be a CA that has completed or is currently enrolled in Part II of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course.
Requirements:
- Be a designated CA or equivalent
- Completed or currently enrolled in the in the CICA In-Depth Tax Course (Part II)
- Possesses significant experience within public practice
- Excellent written and verbal communications
Responsibilities:
- Experience in corporate tax research, consulting and compliance in a professional services firm
- Review corporate tax planning and compliance engagements
- Resolve tax related issues with clients and other staff members
- Prepare and review Canadian and US tax returns
- Ability to identify tax consulting opportunities
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for various clients
