| A chartered accountant since 1985, John became a partner of Berris Mangan when Shikaze Ralston merged with Berris Mangan Elliott in 2002. He has completed the CICA In Depth Tax course and is currently enrolled in the CICBV valuation program offered through York University. John's preferred areas of practice are taxation, valuation and corporate reorganizations. He also has experience with shareholder disputes. | |||
