We have extensive experience with Notice To Reader, Review and Audit engagements.   Notice to Reader reports are best suited when simple financial statements are required. Assurance engagements (Review or Audit) often are required by a third party, such as a bank. Financial statements prepared under a Review or Audit engagement generally include more extensive disclosure. Strict rules must be followed regarding how financial position and operations are reported.
