Our insurance accounting and consulting group is led by Mike Berris, CA.
For over 20 years, Mike has represented both insurance companies and property and casualty insurance brokers in acquisitions and mergers, and with profitability planning. He has taught courses on broker acquisition and succession strategies developed an on-line training program on profitability management and written articles for the BC Broker Magazine. Berris Mangan produces a respected annual study on the financial performance and metrics of a sample of insurance brokerages in Western Canada.
Currently our firm currently represents over 65 insurance brokerages in Western Canada as accountants and business advisors.
