Our strata corporation audit and special real estate practice work is led by Stan Dong, B.Comm, CGA.
For over 15 years, Stan has been involved with strata corporation audits, transitional reviews and special work for strata corporations, real estate firms and property management companies. Stan has extensive experience with the Strata Property Act and its implications for owners and property management companies.
Berris Mangan was recently involved in an assignment with a law firm regarding the wind-up and disposition of an entire strata corporation to a developer. This situation was the first of its kind in Canada. Our involvement helped to set the precedent for the Supreme Court of B.C. in future cases involving the conclusion of a strata corporation. Currently, our firm provides services to over 150 strata corporations and 10 property management companies in B.C.
